Some of the documented complaints on social media is that the gadget's battery drains shortly.
"I skilled speedy battery drain after every week or so," one individual commented on Fitbit's group thread.

The same Fitbit consumer noted that although they tried to restart the system using the button on the charging cable, they still couldn't see their display.&
"I can see the gadget using a BT scanner on my telephone, but can't do anything with the tracker," they added.
Comparable problems have been reported by several different customers on the thread, in addition to on different platforms like Reddit.
"Simply did the update. Battery went from 82 to 65 %. No improvement in syncing," another consumer stated.
"Takes eternally and fails often. Still solely tracks to the minute, not the actual exercise time. Don't really see any change," they continued.
Much more irritating to customers is that the issues seem to be largely ignored by customer support, one individual advised the BBC.
They criticized the service and stated they provided no actual answer "aside from to buy a new Fitbit".
"They F***** up tons of units with their botched replace," one individual famous on Reddit.
"And then when the heat obtained an excessive amount of, they only utterly stopped speaking about it," they added.
"Now they launched the Charge 6 which seems like a slap in the face as we've still not gotten the promised software update for our 5s."
One other added that their Cost 5 went "from good to non-functional in a single day."
A Google spokesperson advised The U.S. Solar: "The issues some customers are encountering usually are not because of the current firmware replace.
"Customers ought to proceed to replace their units to the newest firmware and make contact with Fitbit Buyer Service at help.fitbit.com if they encounter any points."
Fitbit first launched in 2009 before being acquired by Google in 2021.
