Matthew McConaughey and wife Camila shocked fans by posing pant-less on Tuesday. The How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days star, 54 — who admitted to using special ointment to stimulate hair growth — took to Instagram to promote he and his wife's, 41, liquor brand Pantalones Organic Tequila by stripping down in a cheeky snap. Pantalones directly translates to 'pants' in Spanish but is also cultural slang for 'guts.
