An elderly Louisiana woman was partially eaten by her neighbor's dogs after she fell in the driveway. The unidentified woman was walking down on her driveway on Randall Avenue in Livingston Parish on Tuesday when she fell, neighbor Randall Averette told WBRZ. While she was trying to get back up, her neighbor's dogs attacked her, he said. 'When I went over there, she was laying on the ground, paramedics bandaging her up,' Averette recounted, describing her injuries as 'graphic.
