Disgusting allegations made against Kentucky judge shot dead in his office by sheriff
A Kentucky judge shot dead by a sheriff in his office ran it 'like a brothel' and was seen having sex with a 'girl' there, according to a witness' statement to police. District Judge Kevin Mullins, 54, was allegedly seen with the unidentified female in the same chambers where he was shot and killed by Letcher County Sheriff Shawn 'Mickey' Stines, 43, in September. The allegation against the judge was made by Sabrina Adkins, a woman who was raped by one of Stines' deputies, Ben Fields, according to police audios obtained by NewsNation.
