A dramatic video captured the moment an electrical box exploded under a pedestrian in Peru. A street surveillance camera showed Elvira Taipe walking on a sidewalk in the Lima town of Comas on Thursday. The mother-of-two was about step over the underground electrical box's concrete covering when it suddenly exploded and sent her crashing through the street pavement. The impact of the blast blew the cement lid into the air before it slammed down over Taipe's shoulder as she attempted to climb out.
