A disturbing video showed the moment a councilman was shot to death in front of his home in Brazil. Marcos de Araujo, 57, and a woman had their backs turned to the killers and were talking to his mother-in-law, Marina Maia, 75, when two gunmen ran up and opened fire on Thursday night. The lawmaker was shot at least four times by one of the assailants as the woman sitting next to him carrying a dog ran for cover.
