The Stars Are Blind singer, 43, shocked fans on Wednesday when she stripped naked for a raunchy Christmas-themed clip just days after Kardashian starred in a sultry music video for her cover of Santa Baby. In the visual, Hilton lip synced to the 'naughty version' of Ariana Grande's holiday hit, Santa Tell Me, while wearing nothing more than a big red bow.
