One of Vice President Kamala Harris' final duties before the Trump administration takes over is swearing in the members of the Senate, but it didn't quite go according to plan. Harris was on Capitol Hill for the opening of the 119th Congress as she serves as president of the Senate and swears in all of the senators. But the vice president jumbled the Pledge of Allegiance in the Senate chamber at the start of the ceremony.
