Sydney Sweeneyis eager to shut down years of speculation that she's altered her face.
"I have never gotten work done. I am so scared of needles," the 28-year-old said ina video for Allure magazine.
"But it's really effective once you get older," her "Housemaid" costarAmanda Seyfriedchimed in. Though the 40-year-old encouraged Sweeney to consider undergoing treatments later in life, Seyfried confirmed, "You don't need it yet."
Sweeney then took the opportunity to chastise those who compare her looks over a nearly 15-year span.
"You guys, you cannot compare a photo of me when I was 12 to a photo of me at 26 with professional makeup and lighting. Of course I'm going to look different!" she said. "Social media is insane."
