Caitlyn Jenner commented on Timothée Chalamet dating Kylie Jenner for the first time.
She seems supportive of the relationship.
Chalamet recently acknowledged Kylie in his award speeches.
In a video shared byTMZon Jan. 15, Caitlyn Jenner can be heard sharing her thoughts on daughter Kylie Jenner's relationship with boyfriend Timothée Chalamet. Reporters questioned Caitlyn about the couple at Los Angeles International Airport and she made her first comments on the connection.
"I just want my daughter to be happy. And she is, and I like that," said the Olympian. "He's a good kid, and he's very good to Kylie. Even more important."
She also called him a "phenomenal actor."
Kylie and Chalamet rarely share much about their relationship, but in January theMarty Supremestar made a few public declarations to Kylie during his acceptance speeches as awards season kicks off. First, he mentioned her at the Critics Choice Movie Awards, saying, "And lastly, I'll just say thank you to my partner of three years. Thank you for our foundation. I love you. I couldn't do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."

A week later, at the Golden Globes, Chalamet scored another win and made another speech.
"For my parents, for my partner, I love you. Thank you so much," Chalametsaidat the tail end of his speech. Kylie could be seen in the audience mouthing the words "I love you" back at him on stage.
The couple has spent a lot of time apart recently as Chalamet has been filming all over the world. On December 31, a source toldPeople, "She traveled to Budapest several times in the fall when he was busy working. They spent a lot of time apart, but the past few weeks have made up for it. Still, it's not the easiest relationship. They are both incredibly focused on their careers and ambitious. She's running a massive business and raising her kids. He's super focused on being the best at what he does."
The insider added that "they are making their careers work and making their relationship work at the same time."
