"I'm so honoured to be named a Chevalière de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres," Victoria began a post shared to her Instagram on Monday, containing 17 pictures from the event held during Paris Fashion Week. The pictures capture the fashion designer posed with formerVogueeditor-in-chief Anna Wintour, fashion designer Edward Enninful, supermodel Cindy Bruna, photographer Juergen Teller, and her entire immediate family — save one conspicuous exception.

"I have always deeply admired the French aesthetic and the seriousness with which it treats fashion: as a form of art. So to be recognised here and embraced in this way is a profound privilege — one that reflects decades of commitment and dedication," Victoria continued.
The pop star–turned–fashion designer and recent beauty mogul thanked Rachida Dati, the French Minister of Culture, her "business partner who believed in me," and finally "my family, and especially David, my husband, and original investor. I couldn't be more grateful. You are my everything."
On Jan. 19, Brooklyn confirmed years of simmering rumors of a growing rift between himself, his parents, and siblings Romeo, Cruz, and Harper. In a series of powerfully direct text posts shared to his Instagram story, the former model-turned-photographer and rising chef laid out a forensic map of the current Beckham family fractures, which he claimed all stem from David and Victoria.
Establishing in the first of six posts that he does "not want to reconcile with my family," Brooklyn variously accused his parents of "trying endlessly to ruin my relationship" to wife Nicola Peltz, of having "repeatedly pressured and attempted to bribe me into signing away the rights to my name," and of valuing "public promotion and endorsements above all else."

Brooklyn also claimed that his mother "hijacked my first dance with my wife" at their 2022 wedding. "I've never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life," he said of the moment. Romeo and Cruz were not exempt from the far-reaching criticism either, with Brooklyn claiming his parents "sent [them] to attack me on social media."

Rumors of a feud go as far back as 2022, when reports surfaced of tension over theselection of Peltz's wedding dress.
David and Victoria have not directly addressed their son's claims, but the former footballer didcryptically noteduring a Jan. 20 appearance on CNBC'sSquawk Boxthat "children are allowed to make mistakes. That's how they learn. That's what I try to teach my kids, but, you know, you have to sometimes let them make those mistakes as well."
