Gabby Williams pulled out a showstopper for her WNBA Finals debut.
The Golden State Valkyries and Atlanta Dream are facing off in the 2026 WNBA Finals, and Game 1 of the series kicked off on Oct. 17.
Before the Valkyries forward took the court, she posed for some photos for her pregame look. Williams wore a white corset with gemstones and a purple satin miniskirt. She paired the look with white heels and oversized sunglasses, as she pulled her blonde braids into a half-up and half-down look.
The Valkyries have taken the lead in the series 1-0 after defeating the Dream 68-64. Williams had an outstanding performance, scoring 26 points in today's game for her opening home win.
Valkyries head coach Natalie Nakase praised Williams, calling her "one of our closers," during the postgame press conference.
"Gabby is one of the best players in the world," Nakase said. "Like, hands down. She's showing that when we need some buckets, she's willing to go out there and get to her spots and take over. I think she's showing it at the perfect time right now, and that's what we need."
While the Valkyries will enter Game 2 with a win under their belt, Williams is clear that the road is far from over, '"It feels like we're not done yet," she told NBC postgame.
Game 2 of the WNBA Finals will be on Monday, Oct. 18 at the Chase Center in San Francisco.
