NBC has announced massive viewing figures for the men's basketball and women's soccer gold medal games at the Olympics, with Team USA winning in both contests. In men's hoops, Stephen Curry and LeBron James led Team USA to a dramatic 98-87 victory victory over France. And NBC said that the game, which tipped off at 3:30ET, averaged 19.5 million viewers and peaked at an incredible 22.7 million. NBC said that the game was the most-watched basketball gold medal game since the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.
