An illegal California Halloween event ended in horror after a driver plows into a crowd injuring multiple people. Sickening footage shows the moment the deranged motorist slams into a group of spectators at a street takeover. Several people were knocked to the ground, while multiple people got pinned under the vehicle which continued driving over the top of them. The chaos unfolded at around 2am on Friday on Orangewood and State College Blvd.
