Broadway has been hit by an embarrassing fiasco over plans to dim the lights for a star who died from cancer. Broadway star, Gavin Creel, died from an aggressive form of cancer at the age of 48 on September 30. On December 3 at 6:45pm, all of Broadway's theaters will dim their marquee lights in his honor - a gesture that is reserved for some of the most prominent industry figures.
