Unfavorable weather conditions on Election Day may decrease voter turnout and sway people's decisions, experts revealed. On Tuesday, several areas from the Great Lakes to eastern Texas - including two key swing states - are forecasted to experience rain and thunderstorms, according to The Weather Channel. Michigan and Wisconsin voters may have to bear through 'gusty' winds and showers to cast their ballots. The cold front will be coming in through the middle of the country, making rain probable from the Great Lakes and upper Midwest to the lower Mississippi Valley.
