A Dallas singer has been hospitalized after being shot in the chest while signing autographs following a theatre concert. Jada Arnell Thomas, 26, was left wounded after she performed at the Black Academy of Arts and Letters in Downtown Dallas on November 2. The theatre's founder and director Curtis King, who witnessed the incident, recalled: 'It was a packed house, people were in line getting autographs and we heard this shot.
