A young woman has died on the operating table after undergoing a nose job procedure from a doctor she solicited on social media in Italy. Margaret Spada, a 22-year-old from Lentini in Sicily, travelled to the unnamed clinic in Rome for a 'touch-up' on November 4 after spotting an advert for the facility on TikTok. But she became gravely unwell shortly after being administered local anaesthetic and slipped into unconsciousness before the rhinoplasty began.
