The View's Joy Behar delivered a melodramatic response to Joe Biden's speech this week, remarking at several points how she 'miss[es] him already.' Panelists on the program had just viewed a clip of the 17-minute Oval Office address, which gave way to her fawning response. 'I miss him. He's a good person,' she insisted, before bashing Donald Trump following his election win. Like her pal Whoopi Goldberg, she refused mention him by name.
