Jodie Turner-Smith has reportedly accused ex Joshua Jackson of attempting to gain sole legal custody of four-year-old daughter Juno in the wake of their split. Turner-Smith, 38, filed for divorce from Jackson, 46, back in October 2023 and now details about their ongoing custody battle have emerged. A declaration filed by the actress' lawyer, Laura Wasser, obtained by DailyMail.com, states she has claimed that her estranged husband refused her custody time with their child while she was filming in London last year.
