A man has appeared in court accused of causing the death of his partner who took her own life after enduring an alleged 'controlling and coercive' relationship. Christopher Trybus, 42, is charged with the manslaughter of Tarryn Baird, of Swindon Wiltshire, who died by hanging in November 2017. The controlling and coercive behaviour is alleged to have taken place between December 2015 and the date of Ms Baird's death. The company director is also accused of raping Ms Baird between October and November 2016.
