A politician could be seen freezing mid-sentence after he suffered a medical emergency while delivering a speech on the House floor on Monday afternoon. Democrat East Hartford Congressman John Larson, 76, was in the midst of a five minute speech expressing concerns about Social Security when he suddenly stopped talking and his eyes widened.
