Vice President JD Vance is taking the lead on the quest to negotiate a TikTok sale, a source familiar with the process tells DailyMail.com. The vice president is now in charge of 'quarterbacking a deal to save TikTok,' Punchbowl News first revealed Friday morning. Vance's aim will be to fulfill a promise made by President Donald Trump during the election. Former President Joe Biden signed a bill to ban the app, out of security concerns surrounding the Chinese company ByteDance, partially owned by the Chinese government.
