Horror as deaf and blind child vanishes after getting into strange car after dark
A disabled 16 year-old who is deaf, blind and disabled has vanished after getting into a strange car. River Evans was last seen on Wednesday night in Pueblo, Colorado, Fox21 reported. The vulnerable youngster, who has a cognitive disability and functions at a younger age level than her age, has been described as 'endangered' by the Colorado Bureau of Investigation. CBI investigators fear Evans may have suffered a mental health crisis and that she does not have medication she needs to take.
