A Texas woman who's been sitting on death row for 27 years for the brutal murder of an 80-year-old man had her conviction tossed after an astonishing admission was made about a key witness in her case. Brittany Holberg, 52, was sentenced to death for the horrific slaying of A.B. Towery on November 13, 1996. She was convicted for capital murder in the course of committing or attempting to commit robbery.
