American Pie star Jason Biggs looked unrecognizable as he unveiled his dramatic weight-loss while attending an event in New York City this week. Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com at the 2025 City Harvest Gala: Carnaval on Tuesday, the actor, 46, revealed that he's lost a whopping 40lbs. And despite Hollywood's Ozempic craze, Biggs said that his weight-loss was the result of a major lifestyle change as well as 'stress' from directing his first film.
