Lucie Lora, a 34-year-old woman from Queens, was arrested Wednesday morning after the NYPD released a striking wanted poster with a seductive expression and a plunging neckline. The scandalous poster was intended to help authorities locate Lora, who along with her brother Carlos Lora Diaz, allegedly attempted to steal his ex-fiancée's engagement ring during a violent confrontation at a Jackson Heights apartment.
