When people start their fitness journeys, they often come up with a plan that involves working out every weekday. But with work, school, family and friends, this type of workout schedule isn't always realistic. The weekend is typically the easiest time for many people to work out - but they'll often think that two days out of a seven-day week just isn't enough. Research, however, reveals otherwise. A study that looked at the physical activity of more than 93,000 participants found that as long as people were getting 150 minutes of exercise a week they were still staying healthy.
