Mexican band's hilarious groveling after Trump canceled their visas for serenading cartel bosses
A Mexican band has issued a cringeworthy apology after they were banned from performing in the US over using mugshots of cartel leaders in their concerts. Los Alegres del Barranco flashed a mugshot of Rubén 'El Mencho' Oseguera while singing a narco corrido, or drug ballad, about the Jalisco New Generation Cartel founder on Saturday night. The move - which was cheered on by the sold-out crowd at the Telmex Auditorium in Guadalajara, Jalisco - backfired on Monday evening when the Trump administration revoked their work and tourist visas.
