A 19 year-old man started a bonfire with pallets and failed to put it out properly, starting an enormous wildfire that's ravaged 15,000 acres of New Jersey, cops say. Joseph Kling was arrested in Waretown Thursday morning on charges of aggravated arson. He is accused of starting a huge blaze on the morning of April 22 which continues to burn and which has so-far destroyed a huge swathe of the Garden State.
