A leading journalist from the New York Times has contended that Donald Trump 'skipped' a ceremony honoring fallen soldiers because he has stopped caring about the public's opinion. Four soldiers, who were tragically killed during a training exercise in Lithuania last month, were honored at the Dover Air Force Base in Delaware on Friday, where US officials solemnly received their remains during the dignified transfer. Trump, however, was absent from the ceremony and instead spent a long weekend in Florida, attending an LIV golf event at his Doral Golf Club.
