George and Amal Clooneykeep their twins,Ella and Alexander, out of the Hollywood spotlight, but once in a while, we get snippets about their family life. The actor graced us with some sweet details about the little ones just yesterday, when he unexpectedly appeared on Travis Kelce'sNew Heightspodcast.
George spoke about his kids' developing personalities and how quickly they're growing up. "I got eight-year-olds, and they still dig me, you know?" he said, before joking, "That's gonna change, as you know."
Jason Kelce, Travis's older brother and podcast co-host, weighed in, speaking from experience as a dad of four: "teenage years are coming."
"It's coming, man. And I'm telling you, dude, it's like, even at [8 years old], I've got, like, my daughter rolling her eyes now, which is a new thing," theJay Kellystar revealed. "Like, I'd say, like, 'Hey, you know, your dad's a big star,' and she just rolls her eyes."
Also during the podcast chat, George doubled down on his previous comments about the fact that he and Amal have never had a fight. "No, I'm not lying," Clooney insisted. "Travis, shall we ask you the same questions?"
The NFL star laughed but said that he andfiancée Taylor Swifthave also never gotten into an argument,"Never once."
George told the Kelces that he and Amal simply don't see the point in arguing, noting, "Neither of us are gonna win the argument, so why get in?" He continued, "Dude, I'm 64 years old. And what am I gonna argue about at this point? You know? I've met this incredible woman that is... she's beautiful and smart, and she stands for all the most important things that I believe in in the world. And I can't believe how lucky I am. So what am I going to fight about?"
