Drew Barrymore and Valerie Bertinelli get candid about sex dreams: 'Not exclusive to men'

"Drew's News" is the segment for hot topics, after all.

Entertainment Weekly

On Tuesday's episode ofThe Drew Barrymore Show, the host brings up a recent TIME magazine report decoding the secret of sex dreams — which leads to a candid admission from Drew Crew memberValerie Bertinelli.

Barrymore, 51, opens up the conversation by admitting it's been "years" since she last had a sex dream. "This brain ain't working. I don't know what is going on," she confesses. "I feel like I used to have really sexy dreams and wake up really turned on. And it's just gone, it's not there."

"Even the men in your dreams are ghosting you," jokes cohost Ross Mathews.

Barrymore then asks Bertinelli about her own most recent subconscious fantasy. "Not too long ago," admits the 65-year-old actress. In fact, the dream was about someone she knew.

Yet that isn't even the most shocking admission from Bertinelli, who recently released the memoirGetting Naked: The Quiet Work of Becoming Perfectly Imperfect.

"But have you had a sex dream where you climaxed?" she asks. "That's the good one." Barrymore seems unfazed at first, agreeing, "I don't think it's exclusive to men, for sure."

However, things get a little, well, wet, when Mathews makes a crack just as Barrymore takes a sip from her yellow "Drew's News" mug.

"I love that Val can sit in front of so many people and just, 'climax,'" he quips — prompting Barrymore to spit water all over the desk.

As she cleans up the mess, Mathews can't help but joke, "Now, she's turned on."

The Drew Barrymore Showairs weekdays on CBS.

Kristen Wiig's makeup artist explains comparing her to roasted chicken and muscle cars: 'She trusts me implicitly'

ThePalm Royalestar's makeup artist,Jo Baker, has gone viral for her hilarious mood boards that offer rare insight into her creative genius. Her inspiration for some of Wiig's biggest red carpet looks? Everything from muscle cars andburnt rubbertoapple cobbler.

At the Actor Awards, Wiig stunned in a black silk Christian Cowan column gown. Her glam, raved Baker, was giving "sun-kissed radiance… inspired by hot roasted honey glazed chicken," which she illustrated by collaging a headshot of Wiig with two golden-brown cooked birds.

"The chicken just came to mind because it literally feels, visually, the way I was thinking of those color tones and that palette," Baker tellsEntertainment Weekly.

"Kristen wiig's makeup artist will compare her to truly anything i'm crying," joked atweet(with 3.6 million views) that put the spotlight on Baker's Instagram page.

The online attention was a surprise to Baker — and completely unknown to Wiig.

"She has no idea, she's not on social media," Baker tells EW. "We have such a good relationship, she trusts me implicitly. And let's be honest, she's one of the funniest, coolest chicks in the business, so it makes sense that she wouldn't be opposed to me leaning into a little quirky humor in my posts. I don't know how much she has or hasn't seen. We don't really talk about it." (Representatives for Wiig didn't respond to EW's request for comment.)

As Baker explains it, she's inspired by things that overlap real life and beauty, whether that be sunsets, ice cream, architecture, animals, or even condoms "because they're the perfect sheer pale pink tone."

At the Academy Awards on March 15, Baker gave Wiig "dewy fresh sun-kissed skin," a look referenced by two classic 1970s cars: a metallic gold Plymouth Barracuda in pristine condition and, well, a junkyard Lincoln Continental.

Baker opted for a sweeter look at a Los Angeles screening ofPalm Royale: "charred chocolate + sugary glazed inspired glam," based ondelectable donutsincluding a black charcoal variation filled with chocolate custard.

Wiig is not the only client to get the mood board treatment.

Baker gaveThe InviteactressOlivia Wilde"dirty snow sludge" (smudged black eyeliner and greased lids) for the 2026 Sundance Film Festival.

Vanessa Kirby'sFantastic FourSydney premiere mood board included a photo of dehydrated beef with vegetablesspace foodeaten by the Apollo crew ("retro monochromatic mauvey tan tones). And for a "charred noir" Charlotte Gainsbourg photo shoot, the vibe was exemplified byburnt-out electrical sockets.

"My new clients always say, 'I can't wait to be collaged by Jo Baker,' which is such an honor," she tells EW. "It's so endearing."

As for going viral, "the greater the reach that I can share my creativity and art with is the ultimate joy," Baker continues. "I want people to look at beauty differently. It's why I createdBakeup Beauty... because I want to translate my collages into products, and that's what I've started to do." (The product she's most proud of:Tarantulash mascara, "a bold, no-nonsense gritty London girl lash.")

A second season of The Madison has already been filmed.

Key Points

  • Most of the cast is expected to return, including Michelle Pfeiffer.

  • Kurt Russell has confirmed that season 2 will consist of six episodes.

Warning: This article contains spoilers forThe Madisonseason 1.

The Madisonhit hard, its story of sudden loss, grief, and hard-fought acceptance sending us scrambling for the tissues.

Over six episodes — released three at a time across two weeks —Taylor Sheridan's emotional drama follows the wealthy Clyburn clan as they leave New York City for rural Montana to identify the bodies of family patriarch Preston (Kurt Russell) and uncle Paul (Matthew Fox) after a deadly plane crash.

Season 1 wrapped on March 21 with a gut punch, but the family's story isn't over yet. Here's everything we know aboutThe Madisonseason 2 so far, including what stars Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell have to say about it.

Will there be a season 2 ofThe Madison?

As of this writing, Paramount+ hasn't officially announced a second season ofThe Madison— even though it's already been filmed.

Back in January,Russell toldEntertainment Weeklythat the show's filming schedule had to be tweaked since he was already committed to shooting season 2 of Apple TV'sMonarch: Legacy of Monstersat the same time.

"Michelle Pfeiffer and Taylor were able to get together with the people at Paramount+ and said, 'Well, let's do two seasons instead of just one,'" he recounted. "'And then before we start the second season next year, instead of doing that, we will start with Kurt's stuff. We really do want him to play the guy. And we'll get his first season out of the way first, and jam all that in there, and then go into the second season and do that.' And so we were able to do that."

Several cast members have also been open about having filmed a second season. Late last year, for example, Elle Chapman, who plays Stacy and Preston's youngest daughter Paige, posted on her Instagram Storythat filming for season 2 had wrapped.

Jane Wiseman, head of originals at Paramount+, told EW that sheenvisions a third seasonfor the show. "I mean, this is, again, a love story — and an evolution — and so I do feel like there's a lot more to tell," she said.

Representatives for Paramount+ did not immediately respond to EW's request for comment.

What happened at the end ofThe Madisonseason 1?

The season 1 finale ofThe Madisonends on an emotional note.

Throughout the season, the Clyburns are struggling to cope with the sudden death of family patriarch Preston, and after spending time in his beloved Madison River Valley in Montana, they return to New York to try to get back to their lives.

In the city, Stacy's friend Liliana (Rebecca Spence) sets up a memorial in Stacy's apartment, but Stacy isn't ready to face it. With a little encouragement from her therapist, Phil (Will Arnett), she reluctantly agrees to attend — and even invites him along.

Meanwhile, Paige (Chapman) loses her cool at work after overhearing her colleague make rude comments about her dad's fatal plane crash and carbon footprint. She punches her coworker, who threatens to press charges. But since the woman also lost her father, she decides to drop them. Still, Paige ends up with a minor violation and loses her job.

At the memorial, things get awkward. We finally meet Abby's (Beau Garrett) notorious ex-husband, Dallas (Tanc Sade), who clearly lives up to his reputation.

Stacy eventually slips away from the gathering, leaving her phone behind. Abby panics and calls the police to report that her mom is missing. By the next morning, Cade (Kevin Zegers) finds Stacy back in Montana, sleeping next to Preston's grave.

What isThe Madisonseason 2 about?

Details aboutThe Madisonseason 2 are still under wraps, but Wiseman told EW in March that the family is still very much reeling from Preston's death at the end of season 1.

She pointed out that it's been "less than a week" since the accident, and Russell added, "[Stacy's] still gonna run into people saying, 'Hey, how's Preston doing?' 'He's a great guy.' 'Remember the time we did that thing?' There won't even be time for her to say he's dead!"

In aMarch 2026 interview withThe Wrap, Pfeiffer teased that season 2 has "a surprising amount of laughs and comical relief."

She continued, "I think that in the first season it goes in between sorrow and grief and denial and trying to be stoic, and all of those confusing feelings when you've had a traumatic loss in your life. And so season 2, I think it's a little more raw and more in sinking in."

On the other hand, Russell revealed that season 2 will feel "more painful, because of the sweetness, that exists that you're now beginning to fully just accept."

Who's in the cast ofThe Madisonseason 2?

Pfeiffer, Russell, and Chapman have already finished filming forThe Madisonseason 2, though it's not yet clear which other cast members are also returning. Season 1 also starred Garrett, Sade, Zegers, Spence, Arnett, Patrick J. Adams, Amiah Miller, Alaina Pollack, Ben Schnetzer, and Danielle Vasinova.

One cast member who won't be back isMatthew Fox, who played Paul Clyburn, Preston's younger brother. He confirmed this toThe Hollywood Reporter, saying, "I'm at a point in my life where I'd rather pop in and do something interesting, but I don't want to dedicate six years of my life to something [again]."

How many episodes are inThe Madisonseason 2?

Russell told EW thatThe Madisonseason 2 will follow the first season's format and consist of six episodes.

"I was very happy about that, because I really like whatThe Madisonis. It's a smart show," he said, adding that Sheridan is a "really good writer."

Pope Leo moves Father Flanagan of Boys Town fame closer to possible sainthood

Pope Leo XIV put the Rev.Edward Joseph Flanagana step closer topossible sainthoodMonday as he proclaimed the "heroic virtues" of the founder of Boys Town, a Nebraska home for at-risk youths that gained national renown and inspired an Oscar-winning biopic performance.

Vatican US Father Flanagan

With Leo's proclamation, the priest commonly known as "Father Flanagan" is now officially declared "venerable." Later steps on a possible path of sainthood would include beatification and ultimately canonization.

Omaha Archbishop Michael McGovern said he is "overjoyed" with the news.

"We continue to pray that he will one day be beatified and ultimately declared a saint," the archbishop said in a statement. "In the meantime, may we work to affirm the dignity of every person created in God's image by serving the poor, the abandoned and the vulnerable, especially at-risk youth."

Flanagan was born in Ballymoe, Ireland, in 1886 and immigrated to the U.S. in 1904. He was ordained a priest in 1912 and began work in the Diocese of Omaha in 1913.

He provided shelter for homeless men, whose stories convinced him that many adult troubles are rooted in broken homes and parental neglect, according to his biography on the website of the Father Flanagan League, a society dedicated to promoting his cause for sainthood.

Flanagan began mentoring boys in the juvenile justice system and established his first home for boys in 1917 in downtown Omaha. In 1921, he bought a farm on the western outskirts of Omaha and began building what became the campus known as Boys Town, still located there in a village of the same name.

By the 1930s, hundreds of boys lived at the site, which included a school and dormitories where boys elected their own mayor, council and commissioners, according to the organization's website.

Flanagan traveled to postwar Japan to help develop a child welfare program. In 1946, he visited his native Ireland and criticized its system of putting children in industrial schools and reformatories, decrying them as exploitative.

Flanagan died of a heart attack in 1948 at age 61 while visiting Germany. His tomb at Dowd Memorial Chapel in Boys Town displays one of his most famous quotations: "There are no bad boys. There is only bad environment, bad example, bad thinking."

His work was depicted in the 1938 movie, "Boys Town," starring Spencer Tracy as a heroic Flanagan and Mickey Rooney as one of the boys in his care. The movie yielded Oscar wins for Tracy (best actor) and for writing (original story).

The Boys Town organization has opened various locations around the country and began admitting girls to its residential programs in 1979.

The Boys Town organization applauded the Vatican announcement in a Facebook post Monday.

Flanagan "believed that children had the right to be valued, to have the basic necessities of life and to be protected," it said. "His lifesaving work continues across the country today."

Flanagan is the second U.S. cleric with Midwestern connections to be moved closer to sainthood this year under the pontificate of theChicago-born Pope Leo. In February, the Vatican approved the beatification ceremony ofArchbishop Fulton Sheenin his native Illinois after years of delays.

The Vatican's Dicastery for the Causes of Saints reviewed a lengthy dossier on Flanagan's life, writings and works. Leo on Monday signed the decree attesting that Flanagan lived a life of heroic virtue. Such a decree doesn't mean he was free of sin or mistakes, but it means he had a reputation of holiness by living all the Christian virtues in a heroic manner.

The next step toward possible sainthood is beatification. For Flanagan to be beatified, the postulator — the person responsible for advancing the cause — has to find someone who was miraculously healed by praying for Flanagan's intercession. The process involves vetting by theological and medical experts. If convinced, the dicastery sends the case to the pope, who signs a decree saying the candidate can be beatified.

A second miracle is needed to declare the candidate a saint. Martyrs — people killed for their faith — can be beatified without a miracle. A miracle is needed, however, for martyrs to be canonized.

A pope can also bypass the miracle requirements in declaring a saint, as Pope Francis did on occasion during his 12-year papacy. Francis canonizedSt. Junipero Serraduring a 2015 Washington, D.C., visit even though the Vatican hadn't confirmed a second miracle attributed to his intercession.

Hyundai recalls 58,000 Palisade SUVs in South Korea due to automatic seat problem

SEOUL, March 24 (Reuters) - South Korea's transport ministry announced on Tuesday the recall of 58,000 Hyundai Motor Palisade hybrid sport utility vehicles nationwide ‌over safety concerns, following a fatal accident in the United States earlier ‌this month.

Reuters

Hyundai stopped sales of some high-end versions of its new Palisade SUVs and recalled 68,500 new Palisade SUVs in the United States and Canada after a two-year-old girl in Ohio died on March 7. Local media reports said the automatic seat collapsed on the child sitting in the third row of a Palisade SUV. Hyundai has said it ‌is investigating what happened.

On Monday, Hyundai reported that two passengers of Palisade SUVs in South Korea had been injured in October and December last year possibly due to a problem with the automatic seats.

That came after the automaker reported to the U.S. safety regulator last week four injuries in the United States linked to the power seat issue.

South Korea's transport ministry said the Palisade's second- and third-row seats failed ‌to detect contact with occupants or objects due to inadequate software design in the seat controllers, posing safety risks.

On Friday, Hyundai started offering software updates to address safety concerns as an interim step, the transport ministry said, adding that Hyundai is considering additional measures to enhance safety.

Palisade was Hyundai's top-selling SUV in South Korea ‌last year. Meritz Securities said in a report that should the recall involve hardware replacement, it would cost the automaker about 100 billion won ($66.08 million), adding the automaker could face potential ‌class-action lawsuits and punitive damage claims.

Under the software update, Hyundai Motor will make it easier to turn off the automatic-folding function, with a single switch operation. Previously, a person needed to turn the car off and back on before ‌disabling the power seat feature.

The update will also restrict activation of the power seat function to when the tailgate is open.

10 NFL Teams With The Most Loyal Fanbases

Most of us grew up watching the NFL in some form, usually because Sunday afternoons meant a game was on in the living room, Thanksgiving included football before dinner, and the playoffs required clearing your schedule so you would not miss kickoff.

Stadium Talk

At some point, you picked a team, and that choice became part of how you experienced every season after that. It might have come from family, geography, or a player you enjoyed watching. In any case, you started following that team, and for certain fanbases, that commitment never weakens.

Green Bay Packers

The waiting list for season tickets stretches for decades, which says plenty about commitment in Green Bay. The Packers operate as the NFL's only community-owned club, and that has created a rare bond between the organization and residents. Fans shovel seats before kickoff and celebrate touchdowns with the Lambeau Leap.

Philadelphia Eagles

Credit: Wikimedia Commons

Intensity defines the atmosphere at Lincoln Financial Field, as Eagles supporters respond loudly to every series and do not hide their frustration when standards slip. The team secured its first Super Bowl title in 2018, and the parade drew massive crowds across Philadelphia. "Fly, Eagles, Fly" echoes after touchdowns and reinforces a shared identity.

Buffalo Bills

Credit: Wikimedia Commons

Even though the Bills lost four straight Super Bowls in the early 1990s, their fans never pulled back. The franchise then endured a 17-season playoff drought, but attendance in western New York remained consistent. Highmark Stadium still fills during freezing lake-effect snowstorms, and tailgates begin hours before the opening whistle, regardless of the standings.

Pittsburgh Steelers

Credit: Wikimedia Commons

In 1975, Steelers broadcaster Myron Cope introduced the Terrible Towel, a bright yellow rally towel that fans wave during big moments to energize the team and the stadium. Decades later, thousands of towels still spin in unison at Acrisure Stadium, and that ritual has continued through coaching changes, roster turnover, and different competitive eras, which shows how seriously Pittsburgh takes its traditions.

Dallas Cowboys

National reach separates this club from most others in the league. Cowboys fans fill stadiums across the country, and many road games feature visible sections of navy and silver. That traveling support mostly reduces the usual home-field advantage for opposing teams.

Seattle Seahawks

Credit: Wikimedia Commons

After the NBA's SuperSonics left Seattle, many residents concentrated their sports loyalty on the Seahawks. Fans refer to themselves as the "12s," which signals their role as active participants in games. Lumen Field, the Seahawks' home stadium, developed a reputation as one of the loudest venues in the league, and visiting offenses frequently struggle with communication there.

Chicago Bears

Credit: Wikimedia Commons

There aren't many programs that carry as much early league history as the Bears, who began play in 1919. Matchups continue to be packed, despite extended struggles at quarterback in recent decades. Generational commitment keeps interest steady across eras, and Bears fans rarely abandon the team during seasons that fall short of playoff contention.

Cleveland Browns

Credit: Wikimedia Commons

When ownership moved this club to Baltimore in the mid-1990s, Cleveland fans protested and demanded that the team's history remain tied to their city. The Browns reentered the league in 1999 as an expansion franchise and retained their past records and identity. The fight strengthened the bond between the team and the community.

Minnesota Vikings

If you ever visit U.S. Bank Stadium during a Vikings home game, you will see how organized and unified the support can be. Before game time, the crowd joins together for the "Skol" chant to create a coordinated rhythm that fills the entire building, and even the cold Midwest winters fail to dampen that energy.

San Francisco 49ers

Five Super Bowl titles established a powerful national reputation for the San Francisco 49ers. The franchise moved through multiple roster eras, but attendance has never wavered. Historic figures such as Joe Montana helped shape long-term loyalty, and modern contenders keep interest high.
