A San Diego man has tragically died after he was electrocuted while setting up Christmas lights near a high-voltage power line. Antonio Pascual Mateo, 24, was hanging the festive decorations on the roof of in his Escondido home on Thursday November 21 at the time of the incident. According to the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office, Mateo was found hanging upside down from a tree. 'The decedent was hanging Christmas lights on the roof while near a high voltage powerline.
