Sarah Palin recently appeared in a rare photo with her boyfriend, NHL legend Ron Duguay, as the couple shared a glimpse of their Thanksgiving celebration. Both Palin and Duguay shared the picture of them celebrating the holiday on their Instagram stories. Joining them were Duguay's son, Noah Duguay, and daughter, Meaghan McDonald, gathered around the dinner table for the holiday festivities. 'Happy thanksgiving, much to be thankful,' Duguay said in a text box on the story.
