Queen Máxima of the Netherlands looked radiant this morning as she delivered a speech at a tech festival in Singapore. Máxima, 53, donned a stunning checkered black and white suit as she arrived at Singapore FinTech Festival on Wednesday to deliver a speech in the southeast Asian country. The Dutch royal gave a speech as part of her role as the United Nations Secretary-General's Special Advocate for Financial Health (UNSGSA) before meeting with Singapore's President Tharman Shanmugaratnam.
