Venezuelan migrant with ties to gang 'broke into prosecutor's apartment building and performed disgusting act'
A gang-affiliated Venezuelan migrant who allegedly robbed and masturbated in front of a New York City prosecutor in her apartment building was released again onto the streets of the city. An assistant district attorney, 38, was entering her apartment near West 44th and Ninth Avenue when Brandon Simosa, 25, followed her inside at about 2 am on Sunday. According to police, Simosa asked her for money and then snatched her purse.
