Kyren Lacy, the top NFL Draft prospect that Louisiana police have an arrest warrant for, is fully cooperating with authorities, his agent says. Louisiana police said in a statement Friday that they want Lacy for negligent homicide after allegedly fleeing a crash scene where his driving caused an accident that killed a 78-year-old former marine. The 24-year-old was considered by many to be a first-round pick in this year's Draft and he declared for the NFL just two days after the crash.
