The convicted cryptocurrency king is serving a 25-year sentence for fraud at New York's Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn alongside his famous fellow inmates. His interview was apparently 'not approved' by the Bureau of Prisons, the New York Times reported. While they would not confirm that Bankman-Fried had been punished with solitary confinement, a person close to the situation said that he had been after the interview went live.
