LeBron James has been a pioneer in basketball for the last two decades and he's now received an incredibly high honor: a Barbie doll. Or, rather, a Ken doll in LeBron's image that is set to be released in the coming days. The move was announced on social media by the iconic doll brand as well as the toy manufacturer, Mattel. 'LeBron James is the first-ever Barbie Kenbassador, recognizing his positive impact on culture, style, and community,' said a post on the Barbie brand Instagram account.
