This isn't the first time Andy Cohen has opened up about his cosmetic journey. Back in March, the television personality revealed he'd tried Botox for the very first time. "I just got it for the first time in my life," he toldDr. Contessa Metcalfeduring theMarried to MedicineSeason 11 reunion. When asked about the timing, Cohen replied, "About a month ago. They gave me a little."
The admission marked a shift for Cohen, who had previously sworn off the injectable treatment. During a 2024 podcast appearance, he mentioned that even the late Joan Rivers had encouraged him to try Botox, but he'd always resisted.
Meanwhile, fans rallied to support Cohen's appearance. "He looked like he always has … rested and refreshed no doubt. Handsome man. As well as Anderson too," one person wrote, while another added supportive comments defending the host.

He explained his decision was partly for health reasons, including addressing plaque in his arteries and high blood pressure.
The topic of plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures has always been part of Cohen's professional territory. As the executive producer behind theReal Housewivesfranchise, he's spent two decades asking cast members about their beauty regimens during reunion specials.
When critics previously called him out for repeatedly asking women about cosmetic work, Cohen defended the practice. "'What work have you done' remains at the top of the list of viewer questions every season, every franchise,"he responded. He added that "The HW have unabashedly let us into their beauty regimes since day one; It's a big part of the series DNA."
Some fans noted that Cohen is entitled to make his own choices. A third noted that Cohen is "obviously entirely entitled to do whatever makes him continue to feel fabulous!" Another supporter gushed about his New Year's Eve appearance.
