The docket does not publicly detail the specific circumstances that prompted the filing, nor does it include medical information, hospital records, or the contents of the declarations submitted to the court, which are typically confidential in conservatorship cases.

However, theSan Francisco Chroniclepreviously reported that at the time of the filing, Victoria was being involuntarily held at a hospital in Greenbrae under a 14-day psychiatric hold after authorities determined she posed a danger to herself or others. The outlet also reported that Tommy's petition stated his daughter was appealing the hold and requested that a conservator arrange for her to be transferred to a drug rehabilitation facility "immediately upon her release."

In Dec. 2023, Tommy asked the court to terminate the temporary conservatorship. A Marin County judge granted the request on Dec. 18, 2023, court records show.

Those details are not visible in the publicly available docket entries reviewed by PEOPLE, and PEOPLE has not independently confirmed the reported psychiatric hold or the specific language contained in the sealed petition.
