Beyonce announces launch of new whisky SirDavis with alluring snap of her enjoying the spirit
Multi-hyphenate Beyonce has founded a brand new whisky. The songstress, 42, announced the launch of SirDavis, a new American whisky made in collaboration with Moët Hennessy and Master Distiller Dr. Bill Lumsden. The name of the whisky honors Beyonce's paternal great-grandfather, Davis Hogue, a successful moonshiner based in the American South during the Prohibition era. Hogue hid bottles of his beverage on trees growing on his farms for loved ones to find.
