A Nicaraguan migrant who allegedly raped a woman next to the Coney Island boardwalk was jailed for another sexual assault last year. David Davon-Bonilla, 24, allegedly attacked the 46-year-old on Surf Avenue and 16th Street outside a hotel housing asylum seekers about 9 pm on Sunday. The victim was with her boyfriend when the attack happened, and he was allegedly bashed with a pipe by Mexican migrant Leovando Moreno, 37.
