Long Island Liar George Santos is expected to plead guilty in campaign fraud trial
Disgraced ex-congressman George Santos is expected to plead guilty to campaign fraud charges after months of denying them. Santos was expelled from his House seat on Long Island after it was discovered that most of the claims he made to voters about his life in 2022 were fabricated. After he was booted out in December, he was replaced by Democrat Tom Suozzi in a special election, leaving Republicans with an even smaller majority.
