Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock delighted fans on Monday morning when she made a surprise television appearance and spoke about turning 60 just one year after the death of her partner, Bryan Randall. The Speed actress, who celebrated her milestone birthday on July 26, appeared on the Today show after recording a special video message for her good pal and host Hoda Kotb, who marked her own 60th birthday on August 9.
