Meighan Baker, user name 'ArielleMyles88,' has an idea for the billboard that started as a joke - but since it went up on July 29 viewership has sky-rocketed. The billboard located in Central City near the Caesars Superdome features the caption 'Only Fans @ArielleMyles88' with a modest photo of Baker- in sharp contrast to the seductive and racy photos - splashed all over her account.
