A lavish trailer park in California that offers a country-club lifestyle, ocean views and direct beach access has been sold for roughly $200 million. Pointe Dume Club, a 95-acre mobile home community in Malibu, is a prestigious neighborhood along the coast of Zuma Beach where houses are sold for an average of $2.1 million up to $5.6 million. The site on the Pointe Dume promontory is the largest privately owned oceanfront parcel in Malibu, according to the Los Angeles Times.
