The family of a healthy 21-year-old airman has raised questions over the investigation into his death on a remote Alaska base. Tanner Young was found dead on December 23, 2023 in Fairbanks, Alaska by Alaska State Troopers while he was serving at Eielson Air Force Base. Police ruled the young man died by suicide from a 'self-inflicted wound.' But his parents Julie and Bobby Young and their attorney Dennis Shepard said that further investigation should have been done.
