A Canadian woman has been charged with assault after she accidentally sprayed her neighbor with a water gun. Wendy Washik, 58, of Simcoe, Ontario, was playing with some children while attending a barbeque to celebrate the Labor Day weekend on September 1. 'I was trying to figure out how the water gun was working. It's not like I play with water guns at my age,' she told CTV News. 'I was going through the gate and it accidentally hit the neighbor that was maybe three feet away, cutting his grass.
